Teresa Campos
Teresa Campos is a singer, songwriter and workshop leader. Born in Porto, in 1988, she has a degree in Education and has a special interest in Education through Art. In 2014, she concluded a Masters in Music with distinction, from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, in London. During the past decade, she has been involved in many educational and community projects - in Portugal, England, Argentina, Israel and Japan - and has participated as a soloist in several musical groups, in the areas of traditional music, popular music and jazz, and on more than a dozen CDs. She has also collaborated, since 2012, with the Dutch theater company Gehring & Ketelaars, composing music for theater plays and performing it live on stage, during her public presentation in Amsterdam and In London. Currently, in addition to conducting voice workshops in several countries, she works, in Portugal, with the Portuguese female vocal group “Sopa de Pedra”, dedicated to collecting and singing capella songs with traditional roots, and in London, with electronic musician Chiel Buscher.




Juan de La Fuente
Juan de la Fuente was born in Madrid. He started his musical training at the School of Creative Music in Madrid, in Afro-Cuban percussion, with Juan Viera. He studied harmony with Nacho Mastretta, Miguel Marcos and Felix Santos and music production with sound engineer Ernesto "Tito" Saavedra. He extended his study by different musical styles and percussion instruments in a self-taught way, specializing in traditional music (Latin, Central European and Iberian) and Flamenco. He worked in different formations such as Iratxo (Rock), El infome de Walter (Fusion), Karaemba (Fusion), Milion Dollar Band (Balkan Music), Murga Express (Belgian), Parapente700 (Folk), Decker-Parmenter (Folk). Currently, he combines his percussion work and music producer in Quartet Ombú (Progressive Folk), Trineo (electro-acoustic), Martina Quiere Bailar (Folk) and Rasa Percussion (Ethnic Jazz) and Pyramid Blue (Afrobeat).



Tiago Candal
Tiago Candal, born in Porto in 1993, is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and sound technician. Plays portuguese and european traditional music, composes music for theatre and dance shows and, as a sound technician, works in live sound, recording, mixing and mastering. Has been participating in Ethnos for some years and has developed a special taste for the exchange of traditional music in the plural and diverse contexts that this program provides. Likes to play around with computers and creating electronic instruments which he later mixes with their acoustic counterparts. Is addicted to learning and feels delighted to teach.
