The Orquestra Ethno Portugal 2024 concerts are approaching!
Save the date: on August 8th at Arraiolos Castle, on August 9th at Jardins do Bombarda - Centro Cultural e Comunitário in partnership with Largo Residências, em Lisboa in Lisbon and on August 10th at Pátio Celeiros (Antigos Celeiros da Epac, Rua do Eborim) in Évora.

The 10th edition of Ethno Portugal has just started in the town of Arraiolos, with 30 young musician
We're starting another edition of Ethno Portugal, with musicians from all over the world!
The 10th edition of this program in Portugal began today in the beautiful village of Arraiolos, in the heart of the Alentejo, with the sun warming up! Ethno Portugal 2024 has the participation of 30 young musicians from 13 different nationalities: Argentina, Chile, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, France and Brazil.
Juan de la Fuente, Teresa Campos, Tiago Candal and Olmo Marin are the musical mentors of this edition and will guide this orchestra in the preparation of the repertoire and three concerts.
We will be able to hear the result of this artistic residency in concert with three performances scheduled: on August 8th at Arraiolos Castle, on August 9th at Jardins do Bombarda - Centro Cultural e Comunitário in partnership with Largo Residências, em Lisboa in Lisbon and on August 10th at Pátio Celeiros (Antigos Celeiros da Epac, Rua do Eborim) in Évora.

Applications for Ethno Portugal 2024 are now closed.
The results for one of Portugal's largest artistic residencies for young musicians from around the world will be announced very soon. For 12 days, from August 1 to 12, in the friendly village of Arraiolos, in Alentejo, these young musicians will learn the repertoire of each country which will lead to a show that will go on tour at the end of the residency. Applications for Ethno Portugal 2024 open on March 1. Young musicians up to the age of 30 can apply for this residency until April 30!
In 2024, Ethno Portugal returns to the beautiful town of Arraiolos, from August 1 to 12.
No matter what your level of musicianship or background, what counts at Ethno is that you are open and willing to learn and share your experience with musicians from all over the world.
